1. General Return Policy

Most products sold on WoodSolution.in are non-returnable once delivered.

We do not accept returns for:

  1. Products that have been used or installed
  2. Items damaged due to improper handling or installation
  3. Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  4. Change of mind after delivery
  5. Minor variation in color, polish, or finish
  6. Bulk purchase items


2. Eligible Cases for Return

Return requests will be accepted only in the following cases:

✔ Product received is physically damaged during transit

✔ Product is defective (manufacturing defect)

✔ Wrong item delivered


3. Return Request Timeline

  1. Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Customers must provide:

  4. Complete unboxing video (without cuts or pauses)
  5. Order ID details

Requests without proper proof may not be approved.

4. Return Approval Process

  1. Our team will verify the issue within 2–3 business days.
  2. If approved, we may arrange pickup or ask the customer to ship the product back.
  3. Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  4. Once received and inspected, replacement or refund will be processed.

WoodSolution.in reserves the right to reject return requests if:

  1. Product is found used
  2. Damage occurred after delivery
  3. Claim is raised after 48 hours


5. Replacement Policy

  1. Replacement will be provided only after inspection.
  2. If replacement stock is unavailable, refund may be issued.


6. Non-Returnable Categories

The following categories are strictly non-returnable:

  2. Clearance sale items
  3. Special order / custom order items
  4. Bulk quantity orders
